This tune is an instrumental version of a little story. Some of it has already happened. Some of it is happening now. Some is yet to happen.
The first part finds our hero, Tim, just getting out of bed after a late night of watching Rocky III. He is depressed as he realizes that his legs can barely hold him and his arms look like pale limp sausages. Rocky would not be impressed. Tim is sad and fat.
But then a wave of inspiration hits him. He is NOT going to yield to this outrage! He is going to go running! And run he does, for miles and miles. Day after day finds our hero running and exersizing his heart out.
Years later, Tim combines his master techniques of swing dancing and kung fu into the ultimate fighting system, enabling him and his loyal minions to defeat injustice and bring peace and harmony to the universe!
