ThirdEdit
by ThirdParty
last major update: 5/15/07

Features:
	Commands:
		- ThirdEdit allows you to play maps as either blue or red, so you can try them from multiple perspectives.
		- ThirdEdit allows you to randomly generate new Classic or Massive maps.
	Gameplay:
		- ThirdEdit has updated end-of-game conditions: if one player owns all planets but other players still have fleets, they have thirty seconds to do something; and the game no longer ends just because the human players have been eliminated, so you can watch the bots fight each other if that's your thing.
		- ThirdEdit does not allow bots to cheat by sending more ships from a planet than are actually there. The built-in bot did not attempt this kind of cheating anyway, but this makes the code more robust.
	Editor:
		- ThirdEdit uses a menu for the basic commands, so you don't have to remember function keys.
		- ThirdEdit adds [ and ] as an alternative to pageup/pagedown, for those of us on laptop keyboards. It also adds "\" for auto-adjust of scale. Planets are now made neutral using ~, with 0, -, and + giving ownership to players 10-12.
		- ThirdEdit can copy planets: just have one selected when you create a new one.
		- ThirdEdit allows you to add random planets by typing letters from the middle row of keys when no planets are selected, for quickly creating organic-looking levels (a = truly random planet; s = junk planet; d = poor investment; f = cheap but not very useful; g = middling; h = good but expensive investment; j = excellent planet; k = bigger than homeworld, but very expensive; l = any possible homeworld).
		- ThirdEdit allows you to create blank maps with homeworlds already arranged in a circle: type control-shift-(number of homeworlds desired).
