I'm wondering, and I apologize for wasting your time if this has already been jabbered to death, why not make the field level. One example of a level field would be planets all the same size and rate of production and all equidistant. That would eliminate the element of luck.

SirGnipJoined: Dec 27, 2006 Posts: 59 Location: Chi-town | There is a mod that has been written called "symmetry" that does this very thing. It creates a symmetrical playing field. However, this only allows you to play against bots and not humans.
